Tips:

1) If the mobile does not spin

Please make sure the using batteries are brand new or fully charged.

If the mobile does not spin, please replace new batteries,

or twist the mobile rod anti-clockwise for a few seconds while keeping the power on.

If it still does not fix the problem, please write to us for a new replacement.

2) If the mobile does not fit the crib

Fit the crib which thickness of the crib rail must be within 1.8 inch.

Please measure your crib rail before buying, check if it will fit your crib.
