Q1)Why NO image on the Monitor after connection?

1)Please kindly check it is PC or TV monitor(laptop or all in one computer unavailable)

2)Please try another monitor because it might be your first monitor resolution can not be compatible with system resolution

3)Please try another cable, VGA/HDMI both avaibale

Q2)Why HDD NOT found?

1)Please help check your model first, whether it comes with hard drive or without.

If without, please purchase 3.5inch SATA interface hard drive to install, it will be ok. Please kindly note that the system still can work even without hard drive, just not record.

2)If the model with hard drive, please help check power adapter for nvr box is 12V/2A( for video recorder)

3)If can not hdd information,please try to unscrew the back of nvr box and disconnect hdd cable and reconnect, it will be ok
