A: Makita 18v batteries will work in this saw，their batteries will not charge on the Makita charger，their charger will not charge on the Makita batteries

Q: How often I need to adjust the chain？

Since it vibrate a lot, so it need adjust chain. How often depend on your wood diameter，some of our buyer cut small branch，and he just tightening the chain once during 30- minutes using. But if you cut bigger diameter wood, you may need to accept it need adjust often.
