Shaped like a breast because babies prefer it that way. The breast-like nipple allows babies to latch on easily and supports the transition between breast and bottle. Made of soft silicone, it feels closer to skin for complete comfort at feeding time.

Our easy latch-on nipple has been designed with breastfeeding experts to mimic the natural flex, stretch and movement of a mom’s breast. 95%* of moms reported that their baby accepted our nipple and would recommend to others.

The Closer to Nature nipple with anti-colic valve reduces excessive air flow, so little ones ingest more milk and less air, preventing symptoms of colic.

The wide neck bottle makes cleaning easy and the bottles are suitable for use in the dishwasher, microwave and sterilisers.

The easy hold bottle can be held in 3 ways– cradled comfortably in the hand, gripped in the same way as a traditional wide neck bottle, or held from the base, allowing baby to feed in a natural position and making feeding comfortable for everyone.

We offer different flow rates to keep up with your growing baby. Every baby is different but as a guide we suggest slow flow and vari flow for 0+months, medium flow for 3+ months and fast flow for 6+ months.

If the bottle nipple collapses during feeding, it takes longer than 20 minutes for baby to finish a bottle, or if baby tugs at the nipple or baby falls asleep mid-bottle, these are potential signs you may need to increase the nipple flow rate.

Our nipples are silky soft. Change them if they get damaged or bitten by tiny teeth. Closer to Nature nipples are only compatible with Closer to Nature bottles.

When assembling your baby bottle, hold the nipple up to the light to check the slit in the silicone isn’t sealed closed. If it has, pinch it gently between your fingers or with nipple tongs to re-open. If the valve has sealed closed, your bottle won’t vent properly.
