Notices: For Windows laptop on DP1.2, due to laptop’s limited bandwidth, one of the monitors resolution will be lower than 1080P.

Please note: Dell xps 13 laptop’s usb c port won’t allow this adapter to charge your latop.

Common FAQ for 14 IN 1 USB C Dual Monitor HDMI Docking Sation

1. Q:Does this usb c hub compatible with my laptop?

A: Only if your laptop’s built-in USB C port is fully funcitonal port which support Data transfer & Video Display & PD charging, you can use the full functions of our docking station, such as Thunderbolt 3/4, USB4, Type C 3.1/3.2 Gen 2 with Power Delivery & DisplayPort.If you are not confirming, please let us know to solve it for you.

2. Q:Why there is no pictures of the external monitors when I connect the monitors via the HDMI or VGA port of this laptop docking station? Why don’t they work?

A:1.please check which function supports by your laptop’s built-in USB C Port, if the type of the built-in USB C port of your laptop isn’t the fully funcitonal port, then the HDMI,VGA, 3.5mm Jack of the hub doen’t work for your laptop.

2.Check your HDMI cable. 3. Plugin the Laptop’s power adapter to the USB-C PD port before connecting external hard drives or multiple devices to the hub.

3. Q: Why can’t I use this dock station’s second USB C port to charge my laptop?

A: There have 2 usb c ports of our hub, the first usb c is a PD fast charging port, but the second usb c port only support data transfer function, it can’t used to charging or HDMI output. If you still can’t charge, please tell us your laptop model.

4. Q:Does this usb c hub support dual 4k monitors at the same time?

A: When Dual HDMI display simultaneously(The final display resolution depends on the bandwidth of the laptop graphics card, the monitor specification, and the video cable):

For DP1.4 laptops, the resolution of HDMI 1 is up to 4K@30Hz, HDMI 2 is up to 2K@60Hz;

For DP1.2 laptops, the resolution of HDMI 1 is up to 4K@30Hz, HDMI 2 is up to 1080P 60Hz.

5. Q:Why does the laptop get hot when it is connected to the hub to work?

A:The hub temperature will heat up when it works. 0℃ – 50 ℃ is the normal and reasonable range. It’s a normal situation for all hubs, not a quality problem, please feel relieved about usage.

6. Q: When I connect to macbook, I can’t extend the display of my desktop, why?

A: For Mac OS, due to apple system restrictions the docking station could only support to extend one monitor, the other monitors could only copy the monitor you extend.
