Change the Filter

Q: Can it be shipped to California? I suffer from allergies, and I live in an environment full of smoke and dust every day.

A: Yes, our units can go to California. And it complies with California air resources board (CARB) for indoor cleaning devices. Also FCC certified, ETL listed.

Q: How often do I replace the filter? Will the machine make a sound to remind me?

A: The machine will not make a sound to remind you to change the filter. Filter change indicator lights up red to tell you it’s time to change the air filter, we recommend replacing the filter replacement every 3-6 months. (TPAP001 true replacement filter – search for “B08D948GTP”)

Q: The filter I received has a plastic film on the outside, what should I do?

A: Please disassemble the outer plastic film, and then install the air purifier, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

Q: Why is the light still on after I replaced the new filter element?

A: After replacement, press and hold the Filter button 5s until a beep is heard to reset.
